The conditions for participation in the International Walnut Conference 2022, which will be held at Istanbul Hilton Maslak Hotel on September 29, 2022 by the Walnut Grower Association of Turkey (WGAT), are as follows.

The International Walnut Conference, which will be organized by the executive board of the Walnut Grower Association of Turkey, will be held with the participation of all association members and sectoral stakeholders.

Participation in the conference, including members of the association, is paid.

Conference Participation Fee: 250 TL.

 

Due to the limited capacity of the conference hall, the number of participants will be taken in the number of hall quotas.

 

The Walnut Grower Association of Turkey accepts payment only by credit card through the Conference page of the www.ceviz.org.tr website.

 

Following the payment by credit card, an e-mail containing all necessary information will be sent to the participants by the General Secretariat of the Walnut Grower Association of Turkey.

Participants, whose conference participation payment has been made, will be able to participate in all announced conference events by presenting their identity information at the Conference Registration Desk at the date and time announced on the website www.ceviz.org.tr, receiving the necessary badge for participation in the conference, and entering the conference venue.

 

A legal donation receipt will be issued for the payments made by Credit Card.

 

Participation Conditions:

 

• The members or guests who make the payment as a participant to the conference will be covered by themselves.

• Walnut Grower Association of Turkey will be able to revise and/or update the conference program that will be held with domestic and international participants and announced on the website www.ceviz.org.tr, provided that the participants are informed in advance.

• Conference participation fee paid by participants who cannot attend the Conference for any reason on the conference day will not be refunded.

• The names of the people who will attend the conference as participants will be registered by the Walnut Grower Association of Turkey Secretary General and those who are not on the Conference attendance list will not be allowed to attend the Conference.

• The Seminar of the Walnut Producers Association will be able to record the Conference with audiovisual recorders.

• Organization will be able to use these images recorded during the conference in all activities of the association, including the promotion activities of the association, and share them in the written and visual media.

• Persons who will attend the conference as participants will be deemed to have accepted that the event to be recorded has been recorded with their consent and approval within the scope of legal terms and will be deemed to have allowed the use of these records in all media.

• The participant who makes the payment will be deemed to have accepted all these conditions electronically without any further declaration or approval.
