Why Should I Become a Member?
Together for a Stronger Walnut Sector…

Valuable walnut producers from all over Türkiye.

Our orchards have been going through a very difficult period in recent years. Climate risks, drought, frosts, hail, rapidly increasing costs, and our bleeding wound: low yields and tasteless imported walnuts that are almost below our production costs, lacking traceability and transparency.

In the face of all these threats, the picture before us is very clear: our individual efforts are insufficient. It is precisely at this time that coming together under one roof is of great importance for the future of our orchards and our sector. We, the Walnut Producers Association, invite you to join this common strength, this great family. If we cannot act together today in the face of these threats, the likelihood of suffering irreparable damage in the coming days is very high.

We invite all producers who value their gardens, their produce, their labor, and their future to join the struggle for existence that has been waged under this roof for five years. Consider your participation not just as a registration process, but as a national struggle and solidarity. Regardless of scale, being a part of this family means joining a valuable knowledge-sharing network and a strong producer solidarity.

Don't say, "We're just doing our job, what difference does it make?" because it makes a huge difference!

Let's stand shoulder to shoulder against the import pressure that seriously affects domestic production and overshadows years of hard work, against the climate risks that are felt more devastatingly each year, and against low productivity that weakens our competitiveness…
