About the Walnut Producers Association:
The Walnut Producers Association was established in 2020 with the aim of developing domestic walnut production in Türkiye, bringing together agricultural businesses that produce walnuts using modern agricultural practices.
Prioritizing soil and human health, and adhering to sustainability criteria, the Walnut Producers Association aims to contribute positively to reducing the current account deficit in our country by cultivating walnuts. To this end, the association increases interaction between its members and universities, scientists, and local and foreign professionals working in the field, conducting studies to increase yield per acre in our country, while also raising consumer awareness through activities that promote the perception of high-quality local walnuts.
It carries out its activities. On the other hand, the Association, which aims to be the point of reference for the sector in Türkiye, conducts sectoral information gathering activities to enable its members to access information and is an official member of the International Nut and Dried Fruit Council (INC).
It collaborates with domestic and international organizations such as the Fruit Council.

Drawing strength from Anatolia's ancient walnut culture, the Walnut Producers Association contributes to the protection of nature and the reforestation of our country, serving not only the future of walnuts but also the future of Turkish agriculture.
