CUD FIDAN CAMPAIGN INFORMATION AND PARTICIPATION FORM
Dear Walnut Producers Association Member,
As you know, one of the important topics in our sustainability principles, which we include on the website of our association, is the contribution we make to the forestation of our country as Walnut Producers.
Contribution to Forestation
As a result of our investments in our walnut plantations, almost all of which are located in agricultural development regions, we contribute to regional biodiversity while creating a positive effect on oxygen emissions by increasing forest assets with industrial afforestation in Turkey.
Our Marketing Committee, our working committee that establishes the communication between consumers and walnut producers of our association, has designed a campaign to be carried out with our PR agency on the issue of global warming and oxygen emission, which are the most important environmental problems of our age.
The aim of the campaign is to draw the public's attention to the benefit of afforestation provided by walnut producers to our country through industrial afforestation.
The Sapling Planting Campaign designed by the Walnut Producers Association Marketing Committee is open to the participation of all our members.
A form has been prepared for our members who want to participate in the project to submit their participation notification.

WE WANTED YOU TO HAVE A PLANNED TREE
PROJECT DETAILS
In the project, which will be carried out by the marketing committee of our association and our PR agency, walnut saplings will be planted in the walnut gardens of our members who want to participate in the project on behalf of 36 people from different sectors (actors, writers, journalists, phenomena, etc.) selected by the committee and whose participation has been finalized.
By sending the certificate in the photo of the saplings planted to the celebrities and sharing the certificate of the sapling planted in their names on their social media accounts, they will have attracted the attention of the public opinion to the contribution of the Walnut Producers to the forestation of our country.
Since the gardens contributing to our project will provide a long-term communication opportunity through our association and our association of celebrities, different sharings such as post-planting, first harvest etc. will be possible.
Our garden, which is included in the project, will take care of the saplings that will be planted with the project, and the income to be obtained from the crops collected from these saplings in the future will be donated by the garden to TEGV: Turkish Education Volunteers Foundation._cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
These donations will also be shared by celebrities who support the campaign, both on their social media accounts and through other channels, and the public's interest will be sustained.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
Our members, who answer the questions in the form below and send their evaluation by ticking the option "Yes, I support the campaign and I want to participate" , will be registered by the marketing committee and the garden will be contacted for details.
After determining the number of gardens to participate in among our members, the CÜD marketing committee will calculate how many trees will be planted in each garden on behalf of how many celebrities and will inform our members participating in the campaign.
HOW MANY SAPILERS WILL BE PLANTED IN MY GARDEN ON BEHALF OF WHICH FAMOUS?
Nearly 40 famous names who want to support our campaign have been determined by the committee and our PR agency.
Depending on the number of our members who will participate in the campaign, a simple lottery will be determined in which garden the saplings will be planted in the name of which celebrity.
For example, if 20 of our members have stated that they will participate in the campaign, saplings will be determined on behalf of 2 celebrities in each garden.
If 10 of our members have participated, saplings will be determined in the name of 4 celebrities in each garden.
HOW DO I GET THE SEEDLING LABELS?
Sapling Labels, which include our participating gardens and the famous names to be determined as a result of a simple lottery to be made depending on the number of celebrities, will be sent to each garden by cargo by our association.
HOW TO TAKE PHOTOS AFTER THE LABELS ARE ATTACHED TO THE Sapling?
After our member determines the saplings in his garden, he will hang the sapling tag sent to him on the tree and it will be sufficient to take a photo of the tagged sapling with a mobile phone.
A sample photograph will be sent to the person who will shoot about how the photograph will be framed.
HOW TO SEND A CERTIFICATE TO Celebrities?
After our committee receives the photographs from the participating members, personalized certificates with the photograph of the sapling, whose tag has been hung in the name of each celebrity, will be prepared by our committee and sent to the celebrities one by one.
WHAT WILL Celebrities DO WHEN GET THE CERTIFICATE?
Celebrities that our committee is in contact with will share the photos of their certificates through their social media accounts after receiving their certificates.
In the texts to be included in their posts, they will talk about the contribution of walnut producers to forestry in our country, and they will support the public to be informed by talking about the details of our association's sustainability principles.
They will also share the images of the walnut sapling planted in their name every year on their social media accounts.
Thanks to the project, a permanent bond will be established with our participant member and the celebrities whose saplings have been planted for many years, so they will be able to share, for example, their photographs and pictures of the walnut garden during their possible visit to the region.
Our committee will constantly design new communication activities and stay in touch with the participating celebrities, and organize studies that will create various interaction environments in activities about our association and walnut cultivation.
IS THE PROJECT OPEN TO ALL MEMBERS?
Our project is open to all walnut producers who are members of our association. Our members who wish to participate in the project can send us their participation request in the form below.
If the members who will not choose to participate can inform us about their reasons for not participating in our project, it will be a very suitable environment for reservations to be taken into account, both in this project and in future projects.
